1.Who we are

TrustSays is operated by TrustSays Limited, Berkeley Square House, Berkeley Square, London W1J 6BD, United Kingdom.

2.Your account

You log in with a one-time code sent to your email address. You must be at least 16 years old and may only have one account. You are responsible for what is written from your account.

3.Your reviews

Your reviews belong to you. By publishing a review, you give TrustSays the right to show it on trustsays.com, in widgets on the reviewed company’s website and in search engines for as long as it is public. Reviews must follow the guidelines for reviewers.

4.Moderation and appeals

We may hold back or remove reviews that break the guidelines. You will be given a reason and can appeal. If you still disagree, you can turn to an out-of-court dispute settlement body under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).

5.Liability

Reviews are the reviewers’ own experiences and express their opinions. TrustSays does not fact-check individual experiences.

6.Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. This does not deprive consumers of the protection given to them by the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where they live.
