A good review says specifically what happened, so others can use it. Here are the requirements the form sets, and the rules the text must follow.
Length
- Headline: must be filled in and can be no more than 80 characters.
- Your review: at least 50 characters and no more than 5,000 characters.
Below the text box you can see how many characters you've written and how many are missing. If characters are missing when you choose To confirmation, it says: Write at least 50 characters so the review is useful to others.
The text must not contain
- Personal data: names of staff, order numbers, phone numbers, addresses and the like.
- Hateful or threatening content.
- Content that isn't based on a real experience with the company.
- Spam or advertising, including links.
- Illegal content.
If the text appears to contain a phone number, an email or a name, we show a warning while you write. Remove the details before you send, so the review isn't held back.
Good advice
- Stick to the facts: what happened, when, and how did the company respond?
- Write about both the good and the bad.
- Use the What went well?, What could be better? and Would you recommend them? buttons if you need a starting point.
- Choose the topics the experience is about under What is it about? It's optional.
Criticism is welcome
Negative reviews are just as important as positive ones. We don't fact-check your experience, and the company can't get criticism removed just because it disagrees. It can reply publicly.
Read all the rules in the guidelines for reviewers.
