TrustSays doesn't use passwords. Every time you log in, we send a new code to your email. The code only works once, so there is no password that can be stolen or forgotten.
How to log in
- Choose Log in at the top of the page, or go straight to log in.
- Enter your email in the Email field and choose Send code.
- Open the email with the subject "Your TrustSays code". The code is also in the subject line.
- Enter the 6 digits in the boxes. You can also copy the code and paste it into the first box; the rest fills in by itself.
- The code is checked as soon as all 6 digits are entered. You don't need to press a button.
If it's the first time you log in with that email, your account is created now. Read more in Create an account.
Good to know about the code
- The code works for 10 minutes.
- The code only works once. Next time you log in, you get a new one.
- If you ask for a new code, only the newest one works. Always use the code from the latest email.
- You can ask for a new code after 30 seconds. The Send new code button shows how long you need to wait.
- You can get no more than 5 codes an hour for the same email. This protects your account against misuse.
- If you enter a wrong code 5 times, the code stops working and you need to ask for a new one.
How long do I stay logged in?
Once you're logged in, the browser remembers you for up to 30 days. If you use another browser or device, you need to log in there too. If you want to log out, read Log out and log out on all devices.
If it doesn't work

- If the page says the code is wrong or has expired, see The code is wrong or has expired.
If you didn't ask for a code yourself, you can safely ignore the email. Nobody can log in to your account without the code.
