On this page
A new profile without reviews can look empty. If we have your score from Trustpilot, we show it instead, until you get your first review on TrustSays.
How it's shown
- The score and the number are shown with the Trustpilot label, e.g. 1,240 reviews on Trustpilot.
- It says when the figures were fetched, and that it isn't a TrustSays rating.
- It also says there are no reviews on TrustSays yet, and that customers can write the first one.
The score from Trustpilot is also used to position you in lists and search until you have reviews with us.
When the first review arrives
As soon as you have one public review on TrustSays, the score from Trustpilot disappears. After that only your SaysScore is shown. The two figures are never mixed.
With few reviews, the SaysScore is pulled towards 3.5. See How to improve your SaysScore honestly.
When we don't show it
- When the company has a warning.
- When the profile is protected, e.g. during an attack with many fake reviews.
- When we don't have a score from Trustpilot.
Can we get it corrected or removed?
You can't change the figures yourselves. If they're wrong, or you don't want them shown, contact us and we'll help. The quickest way to your own SaysScore is to invite your customers.
