  2. Ask the customer to update: sends the customer a message to look at the review again. Read Ask the customer to update.
  3. Ask for proof of purchase: when you can't find the customer's purchase. Read Ask for proof of purchase.

The team

  1. Assign to a colleague: gives a colleague responsibility. Read Assign to a colleague.
  2. Add internal note: a note only the team sees. Read Internal note.
  3. Add the Follow-up tag: marks that the matter isn't finished. Read The Follow-up tag.
  4. Mark as unread or Mark as read. Read Mark as read or unread.

Sharing

  1. Copy link: copies a link to the review on your profile.
  2. Share as image: downloads an image of the review for social media.

Reporting

  1. Report review: when the review breaks the guidelines. Read Report a review from the dashboard.

The tags in the list

What you've done is shown as small tags below the review, so the whole team can see it: Reported, Update requested, Awaiting proof, the colleague's first name, Note, Follow-up and Unread.

Why are some items grey?

  • With the Read only or Marketing role you can only mark as read or unread, copy link and share as image. The rest requires the Owner, Admin or Can reply role.
  • Assign to a colleague is grey with the text No colleagues when you're alone in the team.
  • Reported · being handled is grey while a report is in progress.
